Should a cancellation be necessary, a 24 hour notice is required to give others the opportunity to enjoy our services. Missed appointments will be billed to you for 50% of scheduled services to compensate the service providers for the time they reserved for you.

We require all appointments of 2 or more services and packages totaling $150.00 or more to be reserved with a credit card or gift card of or more than the total value of the services.

At the time of checkout, payment for your services can be made however you wish. In order to ensure quality of service it is at the discretion of the service provider to forfeit your scheduled appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
